Dr. Zupi was Editor of the Journal of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists from 1998 to 2001 and is an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynecology, Fertility and Sterility and the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Cihat Unlu, MD is Professor and Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at the Acibadem Bakirköy Hospital of Acibadem University in Istanbul, Turkey. Dr. Unlu is also President of the Turkish-German Gynecological Education and Research Foundation (TAJEV). His main interests are endoscopic operations of adnexal masses, myomas and tubal pathologies. Dr. Unlu has published extensively and is the Editor of the Journal of the Turkish-German Gynecological Association. In 2007, he was elected Turkish President of the European Society of Infectious Disease in Gynecology & Obstetrics (ESIDOG).

He performed the first single incision laparoscopic hysterectomy and the first robotic single site hysterectomy in Turkey. Prof. Sendag serves as President of the Turkish Society of Gynecological Endoscopy (TSGE) and is Editor of the TSGE website. He is also board member of the Turkish Society of Reproductive Medicine (TSRM), member of the Auditing Commission of Turkish Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Scientific Secretary of the Middle East Society of Gynecological Endoscopy (MESGE). Prof. Sendag has authored over 100 articles published in national and international journals.

Horace Roman, MD, PhD is Professor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Rouen University Hospital in Rouen, France. His surgical practice focuses on the laparoscopic and robotic management of deep and ovarian endometriosis, with routine use of plasma energy. Prof. Roman reported several studies assessing ovarian endometriomas ablation using PlasmaJet and conservative surgery of rectal endometriosis by shaving using PlasmaJet and disc excision using Contour Transtar stapler. He is managing two ongoing randomized trials (ENDORE and MESURE) comparing treatments routinely employed in rectal endometriosis, and prepares a randomized trial comparing cystectomy and ablation using PlasmaJet of ovarian endometriomas.
